PT Hanjaya Mandala Sampoerna Tbk. (Sampoerna) merupakan salah satu pemimpin produsen rokok di Indonesia. Kantor pusatnya berada di Surabaya, Jawa Timur. Beberapa merek rokok terkenal dari Sampoerna adalah Dji Sam Soe dan A Mild.   • Assist supervisor in specific project / daily task
  • Coordinate with related parties to ensure the success of project
  • Undergraduate students of all major
  • GPA min. 3.00
  • Preferably in 7th or 8th semester
  • Good communication skill
  • Fluent in English, both oral & written
  • Excellent analytical thinking
  • Willing to join the program for minimum of 3 months
  • Willing to be placed in main Office Jakarta & Surabaya


  • Create and propose the relevant brand strategies and corresponding brand plans within allocated budgets in order to achieve annual and long-term marketing, market shares and sales brand targets.
  • Prepare and manage action plans and critically evaluate all planned brand activities in order to guarantee the best implementation of the projects and ensure proper reporting to director marketing
  • Review and analyze brand performances and competitive environment to identify and anticipate opportunities and threats in the marketplace.
  • Develop, propose and execute activities aimed at reinforcing the overall brand images and supporting marketing and sales targets.
  • Coordinate and interface with all relevant departments in order to foster internal communications, effective teamwork and best exploitation of all allocated financial resources.
  • Minimum education: Bachelor Degree (S1) in all major
  • Minimum of 5 years of working experience in related areas
  • Minimum of 3 years of managerial experience
  • Fluent in English both verbal and written
  • Solid brand building experience and knowledge
  • Excellent analytical / problem solving skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, learning agility and communication skills
  • Have no concern with business travelling
  • Expertise in digital marketing would be an advantage


  • Control, facilitate, execute and check the leaf (costing and inventory) planning and execution of rolling forecast, budget and long range plans according to guidelines from management
  • Meet the factories' short and medium financial objectives. 
  • Control the leaf cost and inventory according to budget by preparing regular/ad-hoc reports to management with all relevant data, analysis, and business explanations of deviations. 
  • Ensure proper accounting and budget setup in systems.
  • Develop ideas, provide inputs and support the execution of continuous improvement objectives.
  • Minimum of 2 year experience in Finance/Operations
  • Bachelor/Master Degree from Finance major
  • Fluent in English, both verbal and written
  • Familiar with SAP, Excel, and Power Point
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, learning agility, and communication skills
  • Excellent analytical skills/logical thinking
  • Have no concern with business travelling
  • Willing to be placed in Surabaya


  • Collaborate closely with internal customers, PMI stakeholders and vendors to support Business Intelligence services and project
  • Create functional specifications and make sure that the developers understand the requirements
  • Coordinate with the development teams and validate the developments and prepare the deployment
  • Day-to-day business intelligence system support, ensure that system related issues and queries are timely resolved
  • Minimum holding a Bachelor Degree (S1)
  • Having minimum 4 years of experience in information technology, systems, or services in preferable
  • Good knowledge on Microsoft Business Intelligence or SAP BW or other Business intelligence tools
  • Fluent in English, both oral & written
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills

  • Be part of SPRINT team responsible in KPI reporting improvement
  • Minimum education of Bachelor Degree (S1) majoring in industrial engineering or information system
  • Minimum 5 years of working experience in related areas
  • Consultant background is preferable
  • Have experience in creating business process from scratch
  • Have experience in continuous improvement or waste elimination activity
  • Fluent in English, both oral & written
  • Have experience in SCRUM or DevOps is preferable


  • Solicit group business for the golf and hotel
  • Maximize profits of the golf and hotel through creative and selective selling
  • Bachelor Degree in any major
  • Refined verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to communicate in English both verbally and in writing.
  • A minimum of 1-3 years of hotel sales or comparable experience preferred
  • Must be proficient in general computer knowledge
  • Good selling, negotiating, business writing and presentation skills training
  • A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment
